Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Cancellations requested after 12 hours will not be accepted under any circumstance.
To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order ID.
No Return or Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Please make sure to double-check your order (product, address, contact info) before completing your purchase.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds will only be issued if:
The product arrives damaged or defective, and
You provide clear unboxing video proof, taken from the moment the package is opened (without any cuts or edits).
No complaints will be entertained without proper video proof of damage during unboxing.
If your complaint is verified and accepted, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
