Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Issues

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer, reshipping charges will apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Courier partners usually make 2–3 attempts to deliver.

If undelivered, the product will be returned to us. We can re-ship upon request (charges may apply).
